We are offering a leadership opportunity as a Program Director for our acute physical rehab program in Eagles Pass, TX.
Position- Relocation Assistance is Available

As a Program Director with RehabCare, you will:
* Supervise a team of nursing, therapy, and healthcare professionals
* Direct program development, quality improvement, and community education/marketing activities
* Be responsible for financial management, census development, unit operations, and client & physician relations
Qualifications for the Rehab Manager position:
Healthcare background required
Clinical background and/or acute physical rehab experience preferred
5 years of experience preferred
Minimum of a Bachelors degree from an accredited college or
university , Bachelor Degree Required, Masters Degree Preferred
Successful candidate will have a proven track record of meeting financial goals & objectives
Be responsible for financial man agment, census development,
unit operations, and client & physician relations
Clinical background as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Speech Language Pathologist, Registered Nurse or Social Worker
Oversee day to day operations of a 15 Inpatient Physical Rehabilitation Program.
