Description: NEONATAL NURSE PRACTITIONER NEEDED IN SAN ANTONIO
$120K + PER YEAR

You will be responsible for caring for critical and convalescent newborns providing the necessary acute, emergency and supportive care at this Level 3 NICU. Skills include: umbilical vessel catheter placement, needle aspiration of pnuemothorax, arterial blood puncture, bladder tap, lumbar puncture and intubation.

Requirements:
• Master of Science in Nursing
• Neonatal Nurse Practitioner
• Texas licensure/compact licensed
• Knowledge of neonatal specific nursing principles
• Able to perform routine and special procedures used in the daily care of newborns and infants
• Excellent communication skills required to deal with all levels of staff and patient families
